Introduction

A lovely Guesthouse set in the pretty village of Grundarfjordur on the Snaefellsnes Peninsula, this is a good accommodation choice for those who would like to explore Snaefellsnes while still being within reach of a town with amenities.

A modern guesthouse that opened 2012, magnificent mountains or sea views can be enjoyed from most of the individually decorated rooms and apartments. Although the hotel does not offer a restaurant itself, there are plenty of dining options in the region and local restaurant recommendations include Restaurant Rubin on the west side of the town and Laki Cafe, just a few metres from Hotel Framnes.
