These four private houses offer secluded luxury on the southern edge of Hvalfjordur in south west Iceland. With sweeping views across the dramatic fjord and framed by Iceland’s trademark chiselled mountains, each villa is unique in character but offers modern, stylish living wrapped up the authentic charm of the original building.  All of the houses have exclusive access to a private hot spring that is located on the northern shore of the estate and are a stones throw from Hvammsvik hot springs – eight pools of various temperatures ranging from ocean temperature up to 41°C.

Just 45 minutes from Reykjavik and sleeping up to nine people, these houses offer a great escape for family and friends, ideal for exploring the Golden Circle route, the Snaefellsnes Peninsula or just kicking back in Icelandic nature.

The Hilltop House

With exceptional 360 degree panoramic views, the elevated position of 110m² Hilltop House overlooks the fjord and mountain ridges on all sides. It boasts its own private natural hot spring discreetly positioned next to the house as well as a fire pit.

Sleeping up to six in three rooms with two bathrooms, there is a modern kitchen and lounge area with stunning views.

The Club House

Beautifully renovated with its own private hot tub, this 110m² farmhouse showcases Icelandic style internally and stunning nature externally.

Sleeping up to seven in three rooms with two bathrooms, there is a modern kitchen, lounge and loft sitting area.

The Lake House

This light and airy 90m² villa retains a rustic charm with a luxurious twist. Soak up views of Hvalfjordur from the bright lounge or outside patio.
Sleeps four in two rooms with two bathrooms. There is a modern kitchen and dual aspect lounge area.

The Farm House

The oldest building at the resort is also the largest at 132m². It was the original Hvammur farmhouse and has been given a sympathetically modern make-over and boasts stunning fjord views. There is a private hot tub.

The Barn & The Gym

The games room in The Barn and The Gym are located centrally on the property and are accessible to guests to use 24/7. In the games room there is a ping pong table, a pool table and a dart board. The gym which is located in the basement of The Barn is well equipped with hand weights, rowing and skiing machines, a boxing bag, multi pull machines and yoga mats.
