Introduction

The Ocean Nova is one of our smaller ships, simple and practical with fresh modern style.

Maximum passengers: 78

One of the ship’s biggest draws is her impressive window-lined observation lounge and bar on the top deck. Offering 270° views this area also doubles as a lecture room. The Danish-built vessel also boasts a spacious dining room, small gym and a well-stocked library, where passengers can relax and enjoy the views.

Ocean Nova has an ice-strengthened hull and a shallow draft allowing for closer positioning to shore, shortening the transfer times during landings. Kayaking is available on selected departures (additional cost applies).

In Antarctica the Ocean Nova is used solely for fly-in voyages and carries a maximum of 72 passengers. The cabin configuration is slightly different during the Antarctic season, see Cabin Options for details.
