The Full Steam is a unique Norwegian restaurant-museum.

During this one-hour tour, your guide will tell you about the history of the cod industry, from fishing to export. Cod fishing is a very old practice that built the nation of Norway. It enabled people to settle and live on what the sea provided. Without the cod, there would have been fewer people living in Northern Norway.

Full Steam is an authentic and interactive museum experience. Smell the fish, touch the museum’s instruments, taste some delicacies like real cod caviar, cod skin snacks and cod liver oil and feel what it is like being a fisherman in Norway!
