Heading out from Kulusuk, you will drive by jeep up into the range of Greenland’s coastal mountains for fantastic views of the area’s ice floes and icebergs.
One of the world’s most impressive landscapes, the scenery that surrounds Kulusuk is truly mind-blowing. With fjords cutting through the green tundra, carrying crystal icebergs down from white glacial rivers and through the shimmering waters, views of the area are almost impossible to capture on film, not that we don’t encourage you to try!
The area is not as untouched as many imagine and en route you will have the opportunity to visit a former military radar station, reminding visitors of the potential military importance of this isolated landscape.
