This excursion is an introduction to Rapa Nui cuisine, in which you can attend a class to learn the secrets of typical Easter Island food preparation. The main ingredients are fish (tuna, mahi, and sawfish or kana kana) and seafood (lobster, shrimp and rape (a smaller type of lobster and native to the island).
