hawaii the big island morning dolphin and kealakekua bay snorkel tour htb

Introduction

This four hour excursion will take you out to sea on-board a Willard Navy Seals boat to swim with wild spinner dolphins.

Join them in the water and experience swimming alongside these enthusiastic and energetic mammals. After swimming with these beautiful wild dolphins head south to explore the sea caves along the Kona Coast and go snorkelling in one of Hawaii’s best snorkelling spots – Kealakekua Bay Reserve.

After exploring the reef from above and below, relax on board and enjoy snacks and refreshments whilst your guide regales you with facts about the history of the Bay including how in 1778 Kealakekua Bay became the resting place of Captain James Cook.   On the way back to Keauhou Bay look out for humpback whales (in season) as well as manta rays and sea turtles.
