Sognefjord is Norway’s longest and deepest fjord – it extends for more than 200km inland right to the foot of the Jotunheimen mountains. Some say that this particular part of Norway is one of the most beautiful travel destinations in the world.
The journey begins with a train journey from Bergen to Myrdal, then a short connection here where you join the Flam Railway for a picturesque trip to Flam.
There is plenty of time to relax and enjoy this small fjord village before taking the express boat along the Sognefjord and coastal route to Bergen.
Also included in this trip is a free entrance to the Flam Railways museum.
This excursion is available in reverse, starting with the boat trip to Flam and returning by train. It is possible to add a night’s accommodation in the village of Flam and contine on your return journey the following day. Please speak to one of our travel specialists for more information
