Enjoying the magnificent flavours of their meals, most guests keep their eyes trained on the star-strewn skies, where the dramatic colours of the northern lights may appear at any minute.

Warmed by a crackling fire and set in the hushed beauty of the northern winter, this 3-course dinner, prepared by an experienced wilderness chef, is entirely from local ingredients, encouraging guests to sample the distinct flavours of the north.

Settled in an area of Sweden’s Lapland where artificial light is at a minimum and long, winter-darkened days provide plenty of chances to see the dancing colours of the aurora borealis, this is a magnificent way to enjoy dinner under far more than just the stars. Please note that sightings of the northern lights can never be guaranteed.
