Overview

Spend three days exploring the natural wonders that surround Sydney in New South Wales in the company of an expert guide. Take in the sandstone outcrops, deep ravines and hazy blue eucalypt forests and the world’s steepest railway in the Blue Mountains National Park and explore one of Australia's premier wine-producing regions in the Hunter Valley. This is the ideal extension or stopover as part of a longer itinerary.

Explore off the beaten track, visit remote lookouts and learn about the history, flora and fauna of this magnificent region from your guide.

Your adventure starts with breakfast with the koalas, before heading into the Blue Mountains where you will learn about the area’s wildlife and take in spectacular views of famous natural landmarks such as the Three Sisters. A free afternoon offers the opportunity to enjoy one of the local walking tracks or simply relax in these beautiful surroundings.

Continuing to the prolific wine-producing Hunter Valley, you will be given the opportunity to sample the renowned wines of the region and enjoy a behind-the-scenes explanation of how the wine is made.

This small group tour includes the services of an experienced driver/guide to help you make the most of your exploration of these beautiful regions, which offer the perfect contrast to the city.
