Day 1: Sydney - Blue Mountains

Your informative and knowledgeable guide will collect you from your Sydney hotel and you'll start your journey into the heart of the unique Blue Mountains World Heritage Region. The Blue Mountains National Park is one of seven national parks that make up the Greater Blue Mountains World Heritage Area. This wonderland of sandstone outcrops, deep ravines and hazy blue eucalypt forests boasts luxury retreats and the world’s steepest railway. Today your guide will take you off the beaten track to visit remote lookout locations and discuss the history, flora and fauna of this magnificent region. Your first stop of the day is at Calmsley Hill a working farm also home to Kangaroos, Emus, Wombats and Koalas. Enjoy morning tea and time to wander at leisure. Departing from Calmsley, you'll commence your drive to the Blue Mountains via the highway. You will visit one of a range of stunning outlooks of the Jamison Valley seeing beautiful vistas. Where possible this will be away from the crowds of tours that visit the mountains each day, thus you will enjoy a stress and hurry free environment taking in the views and information imparted by your guide. Continuing on you arrive at Eaglehawk Lookout, a remote lookout point away from the crowds for views of the famous 3 Sisters. Here your guide will discuss the legends behind this famous rock formation and time available for you to take some great photos. From here, you are taken to your accommodation to check in. The remainder of the day at is free at leisure to relax and explore.
Overnight: Lilianfels Blue Mountains. Breakfast included.

Day 2: Blue Mountains - Hunter Valley

This morning you will travel around the mountains, stopping at Govetts Leap for spectacular Escarpment views. You'll then continue on to the delightful Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens where you we have a short walk through the gardens enjoying expansive views followed by morning tea/coffee refreshments. From here, make our way through to Bilpin and then into the Wollemi National Park to Putty and on to the Hunter Valley. On arrival, enjoy a delightful lunch with glass of wine at a Vineyard Cafe followed by a visit to a boutique winery for tastings. After transfer to your accommodation to enjoy the remainder of afternoon and evening relaxing at leisure.
Overnight: Chateau Elan. Breakfast included.

Day 3: Hunter Valley - Sydney

After a relaxing morning, you will be picked up and transfer onto Leogate Estate. This opulent cellar door is the perfect place to enjoy that unique taste which only the Hunter Valley and their award winning wines can provide. All wines produced from the great vines of one of the most highly regarded vineyards in Australia. Here you'll enjoy a selection of cheeses to accompany the wine tasting, followed by a tour of the onsite winery to learn of the wine making process. On conclusion of the tour enjoy a relaxing 2 course lunch (selection of platters, followed by dessert of choice) accompanied by a glass of wine. Further beverages can be purchased at own expense. After lunch travel to Keith Tulloch Winery. This small family owned winery and vineyard produces wines that express the unique terrain and climate from the ancient soils of the Brokenback Range. Enjoy a unique wine tasting experience in collaboration with artisan chocolatier “Cocoa Nib”. You will sample five handmade praline chocolates, matched to the winery’s current release wine – a sensational way to conclude our day in the Hunter Valley Wine Region.
