As soon as you land you’ll be met and transported to the quintessential Aussie breakfast spot, overlooking the beach. There’s time to stroll or swim before your local guide continues your introduction to Sydney, taking you through its varied suburbs before revealing your first view of Sydney Harbour with its unmistakable Opera House and Bridge.

The next day your city discovery continues with a fascinating tour behind the scenes at the famous Sydney Opera House, before jumping onto an intimate cruise of Sydney Harbour. Able to access areas the larger boats can’t reach, you might spot seals and penguins while you listen to colourful tales of the harbour and its residents past and present.

Heading further afield, you’ll also enjoy a full day tour out to the Blue Mountains. Enjoy jaw-dropping views, discover stunning waterfalls, and get off the beaten track on a scenic bush walk, before heading back into Sydney for a final night in this most magical of cities.

Itinerary

You’ll be met on arrival at the airport this morning and whisked away to the beach. Starting from Maroubra, you’ll enjoy ocean views as you follow the east coast to Bondi where you can stop for morning tea, a bite to eat or even a refreshing dip in the sea, guaranteed to clear the jetlag! Your private tour continues with a drive through Watson’s Bay and the eastern suburbs, before reaching the Botanical Gardens and Lady Macquarie’s Chair. Here you can pinch yourself as you take in that unforgettable view of Sydney Harbour. Your guide will be able to share some top tips and recommendations before dropping you off at your hotel. The remainder of the day is at leisure to explore the city – you might fancy climbing the famous Harbour Bridge or taking a guided walk through the historic Rocks area.
