Very attentive personal service quick to respond to requests and queries, very helpful with rebooking flights when bad weather led to missed flights, helpful suggestions about excursions and activities aided by excellent local knowledge of the area visited.

The support received via email and phone was great. We were able to clear up any problem and ensure we had exactly what we wanted.
Our tour guide was really friendly and helpful. She had lots of information about the area and was always available if we needed help. She explained everything so we knew where to go and what to take with us. Lots of helpful ‘top tips’.
Our plane was delayed by several hours which was a little annoying but luckily it didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay.
