Iceland with Discover the World
We wanted a completely tailored experience and picked the routes ourselves, the companies Discover found for us that supplied the jeeps were very good. We had a very comfortable and diverse experience being driven by Super Jeeps and would recommend this option to anyone wanting a more personal touch. The drivers were polite, friendly and went the extra mile all the way.
The only minor point was having a bit of panic when local number provided by Discover was not in service due to a typo in the itinerary, but having reached an emergency number for Discover resolved that quickly.
Overall a good experience.

Some of paperwork was a bit clumsy because two companies were involved, i.e. I had to give all information in duplicate. However, all arrangements worked very well
The ipad is a good idea but it would be much more useful if all the locations of the places of interest had a "click here to directions on Google maps.

Terrific Travel Company....
From the outset Discover the World were attentive, informative, and super efficient. Our trip was disrupted by a strike at Norwegian Air - Discover the World were so apologetic and did their utmost to ensure that our plans remained intact - rearranging flights/hotel reservations etc at no extra cost and incurring the minimum amount of disruption for us, they gave us exceptional service in very difficult circumstances. We would highly recommend this company and would certainly travel with them again.
