You could not fault the driver of the guide - Helgi and Helga. The whole trip ran to time and was informative and friendly. We even added to our itinerary and Helga made sure we got to be where we needed to be and back to the hotel safely.

Great service and value for money
I contacted Discover the World to put together a package for a trip to Iceland as a surprise for my husbands 40th birthday. Everyone who I spoke with was extremely helpful, and had suggestions for how to improve the package. I should also point out, that I had already used a similar company and received a quote, for a lesser package, that Discover the World had not only beaten in price but also in quality.

Hurtigruten Coastal Voyage
D the W acted as agents for Hurtigruten. Everything went pretty well, apart from giving us the incorrect booking reference for on-line check-in on Norwegian, and then we found we needed vouchers for the shuttle bus to the boat from the airport. However when alerted to these two minor problems, D the W were on the ball immediately, and problem solved. I have used them on many occasions and will do in the future, hopefully also many times.
