The whole booking process was smooth and all queries were dealt with promptly and courteously. The itinerary we were sent was very detailed, the car hire pick up was quick and efficient, and the iPad was a fantastic bonus, even for a non-techy like me! I would definitely use Discover the World again.

The planning and communication prior to the trip were excellent. They are very knowledgeable about Iceland but also listened carefully to specific requests.
I have already recommended the company to several people. I do, however, think that it would be helpful to establish some contact-e.mail would be fine- to ensure things are going to plan after arrival.
A brilliant holiday and the suggested itinerary was exactly right for us.

Ist class service the hotel modern clean with fab views
Have two resteraunts and food is amazing and fab choices harbour close by and a handful of shops
The excursion on offer were fantastic especially to glacier on helicopter.
Also small boat amongst ice pack and large icebergs to settlements were good, and meeting local Inuits.
I would recommend the hotel 100per cent and will hope to go back again have been to east Greenland .but I loved illulissate the icebergs and views from the room.
The staff they were helpful in every aspect of what you needed and very friendly should be 5 star hotel.
The locals were chatty and pleasant .
Beer expensive 10£ per pint approx as wine .

Good on the phone with organising the trip but the choice of hotels in the capital was poor.

I called Discover the World and was was put in contact with their Icelandic specialist. She was very helpful and knowlegeable and put together a great itinerary which showed she clearly understood my requiements. Whole process was very efficient. Would definitely recomend them and use them again!

The service was good. Usually we are independent travellers, so we did not make enough use of the services available.
