Our travel advisor, Joanne Summer, was fantastic. She always had time for us, was very knowledgeable, sensitive to our ideas of what we wanted to see and do in New Zealand and gave us excellent advice. The atlas we were given was extremely helpful but we could have done with information on how to find the various accommodations as we were unable to rent a GPS from the car hire company.

Their knowledge was invaluable, and hiring the car through them got us a great rate plus the use of the iPad was a real bonus.
