I asked Discover the World to organise a trip to New Zealand North Island for me. Gary produced an excellent two week itinerary and I stayed with friends for a further week. There were 24 separate bookings in my schedule (flights, hotels, hire car, activities) and every single one worked flawlessly.
That's not the end of the story. My return journey was interrupted by the breakout of hostilities in the Middle East and I ended up being stranded in Brunei for eleven days whilst Royal Brunei Airlines organised a direct flight to London to avoid Dubai. DTW stayed in touch with me throughout this period and offered advice and encouragement. The airline, who were also good, eventually sorted things out, but remote support from DTW was much appreciated.
Above and beyond, guys. Well done.

Brilliant experience from first contact to booking the holiday. Agreed an itinerary for our holiday in Iceland which was helpful as it was our first visit there.
It was the most amazing experience of my life. Ice caves, geothermal baths and beautiful scenery. Icelandic people helpful and friendly. If you are thinking about a trip then book!

Excellently planned out and listening to everything I wanted from our holiday. Everything was so easy and the itinerary was fantastic. We got to see whales, northern lights, geysers and much much more! The accommodation was fantastic and the breakfast baskets were delicious and provided us with enough food to make some packed lunches also.

I had the pleasure of booking a surprise trip for my husbands birthday through discover the world. My adviser Freya was great. Communicating mainly through email to keep the surprise for as long as possible, her replies we quick with all the information needed. All details were well explained and made me feel at ease during booking process.
The trip was amazing thanks to the guidance of Freya, who is definitely looking to book with again.

Fantastic help from start to finish. Even when we had a problem at a train station I was called and offered help. We had managed it ourselves, but they called the hotel for me to say we would be late.

Thoughtful and flexible. We travelled on version 5 of our itinerary, with helpful inputs from Phoebe on the way.
We had a logistical hiccup of our own which was professionally and quickly addressed.
We were also kept up to date with our booking progress - we were booking 12 months in advance.
Would 100% recommend. Our neighbours are travelling with DtW just now, following our suggestion.

Great service and knowledge, nothing was too much trouble and Jo was keen to help changing the itinerary to make sure we could do all the trips that we wanted. It helped that she had been to the Ice Hotel herself and could offer practical advice.

A great service from start to finish. Jo Seghal was able to advise me as to the best location for my holiday and then organise every aspect of the trip. The hotel, location and activities were superb. I would definitely recommend Discover the World and would use them again myself.
