The service provided was excellent-- both before and during our trip. The team responded to all of our questions promptly and gave great advice during the planning stage.
But the real test of service came during the trip. We had to change plans on the fly due to a train disruption. We simply called Discover the World and they sorted all of the hotel and train issues promptly. They even followed up the next day to be sure that we were back on track.
