We received a great service from starting to plan, to the taking of our New Zealand South Island holiday, which followed a previous holiday to North Island, also with Discover The World. We worked again with Lauren, who was knowledgeable about the country, and listened to our holiday plans, nothing we asked her was too much trouble. She formed an itinerary to suit us, especially regarding our requests for small, locally run accommodation. Excursions were suggested that we enjoyed, such as Nature cruises and the Jet Boats. We definitely recommend Discover the World.

Really great service from beginning to end. Discover the world made everything extremely easy for us. Booked all our flights going to Finland from two different countries as well as our whole stay at the Nellim Hotel. Just want we were looking for. They also tailored the trip to what we wanted.

Fabulous thoughtful service, everyone we spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Our holiday was the best of our lives - spectacular trip and all well organised and top quality. It all felt very smooth and easy.

Excellent and responsive team. We worked with Gary, who had been round New Zealand and knew all the locations. He organised our Premium Economy seats and arranged for our outward flight to take place one week earlier, as we had arranged to spend a week with friends near Auckland before joining the tour group. He also helped us sort out our NZ visas on line.

One thing we had not tumbled to was that the tour provider was Grand Pacific. But GP was extremely well organised; we had an excellent tour leader for the whole trip and our coach driver (and guide) was quite exceptional, making the journeys memorable and enjoyable.

I did wonder whether it would have been cheaper to book direct with GP, but this is a niggle.

The premium economy flights were a godsend; I am 6ft 2in and the second leg home from Hong Kong (14+hours) would have been horrible without the extra legroom.

Overall we had an amazing holiday and thoroughly enjoyed it all.

Informative , well delivered nothing too much trouble. I landed in tromso to discover my mobile phone wouldn't connect to the internet and was no good. I managed to contact the discover the world office in the uk and they emailed me my itinerary via my wife's phone and saved the day, giving me my arranged schedule back. kept me calm and wished me well. THANKYOU !!!!!
