About Hellisholar
Situated in an idyllic rural location, Hellisholar offers incredible views of the infamous Eyjafjallokull volcano and on a clear day, views of the Westman Islands. The property is made up of two accommodation types, both of which offer a comfortable stay in the south of Iceland, but accommodation styles vary:
Hellisholar Cottages – multiple cabins that can sleep up to 6 people, each of which has private bathroom facilities.
Hotel Eyjafjallajokull – two longhouse buildings which offer hotel style rooms with private bathroom facilities.
Room types offered are based on availability. Room type preferences cannot be guaranteed, but if you have a particular request, please let your travel specialist know so that your preference can be advised. Hellisholar has a large reception and restaurant building in the centre of the estate which serves the cottages and hotel accommodation buildings, as well as the adjoining campsite which operates during summer months.
