Sète guided city tour

Bienvenue! After arriving in Montpellier, you will be welcomed by your Language School Tour Leader who will be accompanying you throughout your trip.

Get acquainted with the city through a guided walking tour where you’ll learn about the canals, visit the fishing port and marvel at the street art. The tour is in French giving students a chance to practice listening and understanding, as well as asking questions.

2

French TV series tour & game of pétanque

Start the day with a 3-hour language workshop where your teacher will set the scene for the day ahead.

Next up is a French TV series tour. Stroll through the filming locations of Demain Nous Appartient and follow in the footsteps of the soap opera with your guide who will share why France is famous for its film culture. Your guided tour will be in French so it’s a great way for students to pick up some new key phrases.

After dinner, live like a local and play pétanque. This classic French game allows students to improve their technique whilst socialising and improving their language skills.

Les Halles food market & improvisation theatre workshop

Start the day with a trip to Les Halles food market where you’ll browse the fresh produce and experience Sète’s culinary delights! Talking to stall holders is the perfect opportunity for your students to use their newly learnt French skills.

Next, your students will enjoy an improvisation theatre workshop where they’ll learn conversational techniques and practice speaking in French while thinking on their feet!
