What do you love most about your job?

Working in travel is the only thing I’ve ever wanted to do. I love learning about other countries and cultures! I love the variety in my job – no two days are the same.

What is your most memorable travel moment?

Travelling through Banff and Jasper National Park on a Canadian Rockies tour and taking an amazing explorer trek on to the surface of the Athabasca glacier.

What are your top tips for organising the best school trip possible?

  • Start early
  • Research the destination
  • Thorough planning
  • Have you discovered any hidden gems in your specialist destinations?
  • Urridafoss waterfall in Iceland is stunning, definitely worth a visit.

What is your must-pack item?

Waterproof trousers!
