A bit about me…

From a young age I have been fortunate to be well travelled and have always enjoyed experiencing and understanding what makes destinations unique whilst learning about new cultures.

This curiosity lead me to undertake a degree in International Tourism Management and I haven’t looked back!

Since then, I have worked in the adventure travel sector and the luxury market, before joining the educational side of travel.

I enjoy visiting new places and after spending six months travelling around Australia and planning my own itineraries, I knew this was something I didn’t want to give up!

I strongly believe that travel can have such a positive impact on anyone, as it provides opportunities to have a whole new understanding of yourself and the world around you.

‘What is your favourite discover the world education destination and why’

My favourite DTWE destination would have to be Italy. Not only is it rich in history, it also delivers on the geographical front too. Plus, you can’t go wrong with the cuisine!

What are some of your most memorable travel moments?

Snorkelling in the Great Barrier Reef has got to be up there, swimming in open waters surrounded by corals, turtles and reef sharks is pretty hard to beat!

Participating in a Maruku Arts Dot-Painting Workshop near Uluru, Climbing 600-foot waterfalls in Jamaica and a Desert Safari in Abu Dhabi are also all high contenders!

What do you love most about your job?

Working alongside a great team who share a passion for adventure and doing it responsibly.

What is your must-pack item?

Waterproof trousers!
