Your host and chef at Breckenridge Lodge’s restaurant, Chef Malcolm, is truly passionate about food and wine and seeks to bring this passion to every meal created. He sources excellent ingredients from Hawkes Bay and can recommend local New Zealand wines from the extensive cellar.
