Northern Lights Webinar

Watch a recording of our enlightening travel webinar on 18th June 2024 showcasing nature’s own light show – the ethereal northern lights. The appearance of the aurora in skies above the UK in May acts as a wonderful reminder of the unpredictability of this majestic spectacle. Yet, the auroral oval which runs through Europe’s far north is still the best place to head for aurora hunters seeking the ultimate display.

We take you on a virtual journey through the Nordics with travel writer and photographer, Will Gray. He talks through what causes the northern lights and the best months to witness them. He also outlines our collection of winter holidays and is joined by our panel including aurora expert, Sævar Helgi Bragason, award-winning guide, Cathy Harlow and Nordic Travel Specialist, Eric.
