Sales Manager (Education)

Discover the World Education is a sub-brand specialising in educational trips. The department includes a team of 22 who sell directly to schools, colleges and universities.

As Sales Manager, you will have responsibility for the management of 6 team members.  You will be responsible for the management of the sales team to maintain quality standards, including staff performance, training needs, providing guidance and motivating staff.  You will manage day to day workloads, ensuring all sales enquiries are responded to within required time-frames and that all sales opportunities are maximised.  When necessary, you will assist with booking enquiries, sales and reservations and provide first point line management support to staff.

Candidates for this role will need experience of people management, sound organisational skills and experience of an travel sales environment.
