Travel Specialist – Nordics, Iceland & Polar Regions

We’re looking for an experienced Travel Specialist to join our award-winning Nordic Holidays team. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for travel with your talent for sales, helping customers create unforgettable journeys across Scandinavia, Iceland and the Polar regions.
Our customers are looking for more than a holiday booking. They want insight, inspiration and trusted expertise. As a Travel Specialist, you’ll become their personal travel consultant, guiding them from their first enquiry through to their return home.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work with customers to design and sell tailor-made and package holidays, taking full ownership of each booking and building lasting relationships that encourage repeat travel and recommendations.
You’ll:
- Create personalised itineraries tailored to individual interests and budgets
- Build trusted relationships with customers through exceptional service
- Confidently recommend upgrades and enhancements that add value to the customer’s experience
- Follow up enquiries proactively and convert opportunities into bookings
- Work closely with our Customer Experience team to ensure seamless delivery
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our destinations and products
What We’re Looking For
You’ll already have experience in travel sales and a genuine enthusiasm for specialist travel.
Essential requirements include:
- Previous experience selling tailor-made or package holidays
- Knowledge of the Nordics, Iceland and/or Polar destinations
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- A customer-first approach
- Commercial awareness and a drive to achieve results
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support a small, close-knit team
