The booking process in detail

Step 1 - Get in touch

Step 2 - Refine and perfect

Based on your requirements, your dedicated travel specialist will prepare and send a personalised quote. Take your time to review and we’ll work with you you modify the details until you are completely happy and ready to book.

Step 3 - The small print and insurance

Simply call your Travel Specialist on their direct line or on 01737 214 250.

Having a valid travel insurance policy is a condition of travel with us. Should you wish to buy our recommended comprehensive travel insurance then simply advise your Travel Specialist at the time of booking.

Step 4 - Book & pay

To secure your booking you will need to pay a deposit or in some instances the full balance. Deposits vary for different destinations, so your travel specialist will advise exactly what is required and when. We will send you a reminder when full payment is due usually 2-3 months prior to departure.

  • To pay by debit or credit card*, simply call your Travel Specialist on their direct line or on 01737 214 250.

Following payment, we will confirm your holiday booking with our travel partners. When your arrangements have been finalised we will send you a detailed final itinerary and depending on your holiday further literature to ensure you leave home fully prepared. Final documents are emailed 10-14 days before your departure.

* If you prefer to pay by cheque, please note that your holiday cannot be confirmed until the cheque has cleared.

Step 5 - Download the app

Once you’ve booked you can download our travel app, iDiscover onto your phone. Here you can view your itinerary in full as well as find travel tips and live updates.
