You are welcome to come to our offices and meet with one of our Travel Specialists to discuss your plans face to face. We ask that you make an appointment beforehand so we can ensure the most appropriate member of our team is available. Contact details and directions »
Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Thursday: Friday: 8am to 6pm
- Saturday: 9am to 5pm
- Sunday: Closed

Having a valid travel insurance policy is a condition of travel with us. Should you wish to buy our recommended comprehensive travel insurance then simply advise your Travel Specialist at the time of booking.
Payment by debit or credit card* can be taken over the phone at the time of booking by your Travel Specialist. Following payment, we will confirm your holiday booking with our travel partners. When your arrangements have been finalised we will send you a detailed final itinerary and depending on your holiday further literature to ensure you leave home fully prepared. Final documents are sent out 10-14 days before your departure.
* If you prefer to pay by cheque, please note that your holiday cannot be confirmed until the cheque has cleared.
Optional Extras & Upgrades
After your booking has been confirmed, if you would like to add any excursions to your itinerary, upgrade hotel rooms or book airport transfers, hotels or parking, simply contact your Travel Specialist. Subject to availability we will amend your holiday as required.
