Denali Grizzly Bear Resort

Introduction

With 20 cabins and 72 hotel rooms, the Grizzly Bear Resort is well stocked for visitors to Denali. Nestled amongst trees and partly overlooking the Nenana River, the resort is proudly family owned and operated and offers a comfortable stay in a traditional Alaskan atmosphere. Ideally located at the gateway to the Denali wilderness, visitors can enjoy both spectacular views and the convenience of fine restaurants nearby.

A shuttle service is available to and from the Denali train depot and there is plenty of parking available. The staff are happy to help with suggestions about how to spend your time in Denali and a tour desk on site makes it easy to book any number of activities in the area, including river rafting, hiking, wilderness safaris or flight-seeing tours.

Furnished in cedar, each room offers a private deck overlooking the river, with TV, hair dryer, two double beds, en suite bathroom, and wifi. This property is only open during the summer months.
