Found in the country’s under-visited East Fjords, this guesthouse helps to celebrate a side of Iceland’s natural beauty and marvellous wilderness that is not often shared.

Accommodation comprises 35 rooms, including en suite double rooms, rooms with shared facilities and a number of individual cottage units on site. Each room features its own private entrance, with a veranda that offers great views over Egilsstadir and the lush emerald countryside. The owners of this friendly guesthouse strive to be eco-friendly and believe that sustainable travel is possible having set up a natural cleaning system that allows for the complete recycling of rainwater and bathwater.
