Located right on the waterfront in the historically significant village of Russell in the stunning Bay of Islands, ‘The Duke’ sits directly across the bay from Paihia, a mere 10-minute ferry trip away. The hotel’s restaurant sits on the waterfront in a weather-proofed veranda that guarantees regional dishes alongside quality views all year round. There is also a self-contained bungalow available, sitting on the waterfront and featuring a large bedroom with one queen and one single bed, living/dining room with a kitchenette and a private outdoor area by the sea.
