Introduction

First established over 100 years ago, the Butchart Gardens provides a stunning array of colour across 55 acres of beautiful gardens.

This National Historic Site of Canada features speciality gardens including sunken, rose, Japanese and Mediterranean, and plenty of floral corners in which to relax and find solace amongst the scents of over nearly 1000 varieties of plants. The estate is also home to a seed and gift shop, two restaurants and a coffee shop.
