Walk on Svinafellsjokull Glacier Tongue in Skaftafell National Reserve part of Vatnajokull National Park. Svinafellsjokull is a breath-taking outlet of the Vatnajokull glacier where the scenery and views are simply stunning.
Walk through a wonderland of glacial ice sculptures, meandering through ice ridges and the deep crevasses of the glacier. Accompanied by an experienced guide, this is an easy walk on crampons up to the ice field. Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours is spent on the glacier and all gear and safety equipment is included.
