Introduction

On this 90 minute cruise and walking tour you will get up close and personal with wild dolphins, watch sea lions bask on Seal Island and visit Penguin Island, home to Western Australia’s largest colony of little penguins.

Spend an exhilarating hour cruising around the marine park in search of the local dolphins that frequent the waters here. With over 20 years of experience, the staff at Rockingham Wild Encounters have built up a solid relationship with the wild dolphins they share the park with. All encounters are completely natural; you may see mothers nursing calves or pods of youngsters chasing the boat’s waves.

After cruising to admire the flocks of pelicans and sea lions on Seal Island, your cruise will take you to nearby Penguin Island. Here you will disembark and enjoy a short wildlife walk around the island to spot the little penguins and hear a talk from the conservation staff about the programmes in place to protect these little creatures. Your experience ends with a short ferry ride back to the mainland.
