You start the tour at the ingredient-driven restaurant, The Courtney Room. Recently listed as one of the top 10 new restaurants in Canada by En Route Magazine, this beautiful French bistro will get your taste buds excited for what’s to come. Next, you head to the Artisan Wine Shop for a tasting of wines from British Columbia, the largest producing wine region in Canada. You then dive into Victoria’s best kept secrets, like fresh warm cookies from The Cookie Guy, house-smoked and cured meats from Choux Choux Charcuterie, a mole-infused taco from La Taquisa, a selection of Middle Eastern street food from Yalla and a unique Asian -inspired tea from ParTea. Finish the tour at Crust Bakery for a sweet treat. This modern bakery uses local ingredients with a French twist and has been been voted the city’s best bakery.
