Hotel Hella is situated in the heart of South Iceland. The picturesque surroundings include stunning views of the infamous Eyjafjallajokull volcano as well as Mt Hekla and other rolling mountain ranges. Close by are two of Iceland’s most beautiful waterfalls, Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss.
As Hotel Hella is set in a very small rural town, the location offers the convenience of amenities within short walking distance, but also the opportunity for spotting the Northern Lights during aurora season.
Some meals may be offered at the riverside Arhus restaurant which is under the same ownership as Hotel Hella. It is a 300m walk from the hotel.
