Hybrid Catamaran to Billefjorden and Nordenskioldbreen

Board the specially designed hybrid-electric catamaran, MS Bard, on a scenic cruise through spectacular Arctic landscapes to Billefjorden and the glacier Nordenskiöldbreen.

Keep an eye out for the region’s abundant marine wildlife and birdlife as you cruise through the icy fjords. In the distance you may see the ghost town of Pyramiden, as well as the beautiful Skansbukta bay. MS Bard is a ground breaking vessel, designed to protect the vulnerable Arctic wilderness. Its silent electric propulsion is used when approaching wildlife or glaciers to ensure the best possible experience for guests, with the least impact to the environment and its resident wildlife. The catamaran has an outer deck as well as a warm and cosy inside cabin with panoramic windows, bar and café. A light lunch is included on board.
