Easy Dog Sledding, Tromso

You will be provided with a thermal suits and boots before heading out on the dog sledding adventure. Your guide will go through the safety instructions and show you the basics of driving the sled; you will soon be out enjoying driving the huskies on the snow covered open fields and forest trails. Two people will share one sled: one as a driver and the other one as a passenger, and you will get the chance to swap places halfway through so everyone gets to experience the life of a dog musher, but also have time take all the photographs.

After your dog sledding ride and arriving back at the camp, you are invited into the lavvo (a traditional sami tent), where you can enjoy a hot drink and cake around the campfire, then back on board the bus for your transfer back to Tromso.
