I've had the privilege of travelling to 14 diverse countries, including remarkable destinations like New Zealand and Iceland. My first holiday with Discover the World was to the Icehotel in Sweden when I was 15!

During my trip to New Zealand, I explored both the north and south islands, making stops at various destinations such as the Bay of Islands to witness the historical Waitangi Treaty grounds, kayaking activities in Able Tasman and cycling from Queenstown to Walter Peak for a summer BBQ. I also participated in a heli-hike on the Fox Glacier and visited the Pancake Rock lookout on the west coast of the south island. One of the many highlights of my trip was a cultural evening experience at Te Puia, a Māori arts and crafts institute, where I was able to learn more about traditional Māori culture and enjoyed delicious Hangi dinner.

While I was on a school trip in Iceland I explored more than five waterfalls, took a dip in the Blue Lagoon and ventured through the lava tunnels at Raufarhólshellir. We visited the bridge between continents and Gunnuhver hot springs to learn more about the country’s geothermal activity. The food in Iceland was delicious, especially the burgers at Íslenska Hamborgarafabrikkan. The highlight of my trip was my first ever successful whale watching trip!

I have a love for adventure and thrill seeking, which is why I love engaging in excursions including zip-wiring, stand up paddle boarding and jet boats!
